A space can be fully furnished and accessorized but still feel like its missing something. Whenever we’re in doubt, we have a few go-to’s that never fail us! We applied these principals to our own office space in Landmark 2.

The Gallery Wall
We love a good gallery wall!
We have one in our office that showcases our past projects and some of our favorite renderings. With a gallery wall, there are two different styles you could go with. Our favorite is an assortment of photographs, artwork, and quotes. Depending on your wall, there’s also an option of staggering the frames to make an interesting shape, or having them line up symmetrically. This will ultimately be up to your preference. One big tip we have when it comes to hanging a gallery wall, is to make sure the spaces in between all the frames is equal, whether they’re staggered or symmetrical. This will ensure an overall clean and polished look.

Floating shelves
Floating shelves are a great multipurpose solution!
They fill the open space, while doubling as storage. There’s so many different styles and options to consider. On one hand, you could do a simple wood shelf (reclaimed wood is a sustainable choice we recommend) which is sleek and simple, and will add some warmth and texture into your space. Another option is to do a box style shelving. With this option you’ll be able to store more and create a fun aesthetic! The placement is simple to map out because there isn’t really a rhyme or reason to it. You can be creative and go wild. |

Neon Signs
Neon signs may be one of our all time favorite accessories.
We’ve used a few in past projects and are always wowed by the results! Of course, traditional neon can be costly, so we recommend using the LED equivalent, which is also more energy efficient. A favorite word, phrase or symbol can light up a whole room… literally! Its also a good opportunity to add a splash of colour into a space and add some spunk! Neon signs in our opinion never go out of style. They’re a classic! We have a couple in our office, and are able to control the strength of lighting, as well as flip through different timed settings.

Accent Wallcovering
Wallcoverings have come such a long way.
From solid colour, to textured 3D patterns, to graphic murals, the possibilities are endless! This is a good option if you don’t want anything to stand off of the wall, like some of the previous options. This is the best way to add some personality into your space. You can incorporate your favorite pattern, colour or motif, and show off your style. Our favorites are anything metallic, abstract, or organic!
